Because every order is personalised and made to order, all sales are final. We're unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Please check your details
We embroider only what you enter at checkout, so please double-check the spelling of names and your thread colour before you pay. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us straight away at cuddly.cuddable@gmail.com. We'll do our best to fix it if we haven't started your order yet.

If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos. We'll make it right.
