Shipping policy

Where we deliver
For now, we deliver within Singapore only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Made just for you
Every gift box is personalised and made to order. We take 1–2 business days to embroider and pack your order with care before it's on its way.

Multiple Boxes
If your order includes more than one box, each box is packed and shipped as its own parcel with its own tracking number, and may arrive on a different day. The flat shipping fee applies once per order.

Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, our courier brings it to your door within 1–3 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days of placing it.

Shipping fee
A flat fee of S$5 per order, shown at checkout.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Weekends and public holidays
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin on the next business day. Couriers deliver on business days only.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will usually try again a few times. If the parcel comes back to us, we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery.

If something isn't right
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, please email us at cuddly.cuddable@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with the courier.
